Tan Kiat How is the CEO of Infocomm Media Development Authority as well as commissioner of the IMDA-housed Personal Data Protection Commission. Prior to that he served as Deputy Secretary (Cyber and Technology) of the Ministry of Communications and Information. He has a Masters in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a BA in Economics and BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
